I feel the problem with scrappy is that he is one dimensional I mean yes the other characters are as one dimensional as cardboard but it's just I feel like in a way he was just Cousin Oliver. A marketing plug oppose to a real character.
Just like Jar Jar Binks Thats what I understand from the criticism anyway. I don't think the character is that annoying. I just think they could have done a little more with him.
I made the Rick Mirer analogy simply because Scrappy's appearance initially caused a major spike in ratings. However, I think even a casual observer could see this as a desperate attempt by Hanna Barbara to recapture the show's popularity.
Thank you my friend! No that's ok!Is true! They put Scrappy so mean and even talking bad words too!Incredible! What is thinking those producers and directors! They only wanted how much money they can get in the movie theaters.Just that! They killing our cool cartoons and making it in a great mess!Yuck!
I know you can get a few classic cartoons on DVD but sadly there are some that you can't get on DVD. There is also a load of classic cartoons on Youtube but sometimes these idiots take them off because of the stupid copyright rules.
Is true again!I see a lot of black and white cartoons in youtube, classic, very classics!Yeah! One cartoon I always wanted to see in dvd is Kissyfur, the bear made by Phil Mendez. That cartoon was great but the videos companies don't wanted to released in dvd yet!I got the Kissyfur collection from a fan of the show and the quality is fair to good but sadly incomplete!
There is a cartoon that was made in here in Britain in the mid 1990s called HotRod Dogs you can only buy it on VHS and not on DVD because it is too obscure. It is on Youtube but there is only one episode there.
