It's a cute and sad drawing, but i do have a question about your title...
i'm not sure if you're meaning the religious heaven or the "paradise" kind of heaven - in which the paradise one would be okay for care-a-lot since they do call it a rainbow paradise.
but if it was the religious one instead, then that's where i have some concerns. i hate it when people take non-religious things and shove religion down it's throat when it doesn't even need it. the care bears aren't religious, at least they weren't the last time I checked. they don't mention god or other religious aspects in their episodes or movies.
i think "Tears in Care-a-lot" would be better because then you have more of a care bears topic right away and people could search for it better. if you don't want to change it, fine, whatever. i'm just giving you a different view-point.
